Relax assured with Cozy Petal products because our customer service is available to answer any questions, concerns or comments you may have regarding any Cozy Petal purchase. Our friendly and helpful customer service will do their best to ensure that your shopping experience is one you will always have a positive memory of.

Shipping

We always do our best to ship your orders within 24-48 hours after they have been received, unless we inform you otherwise by email.  Please make sure to add us to your email address book to avoid going into the SPAM box.

Your order will be shipped out as Domestic Priority Mail via USPS and delivered to you within 2-3 business days AFTER we emailed you for Order Confirmation.  This entire process usually take within 2 to 5 business days for this type of shipping method.

If you need Next Day Service and all your ordered items are in-stock, we offer Domestic Express  Mail (Next Day), as well as Express Mail Hold for Pick-up services.  We will inform you if the items are in back order by email. 
Please email us if 'Signature Required Upon Delivery' is needed for this type of shipping method. 

We also offer International Priority Mail, and Express Mail International via USPS outside of the U.S.

Orders must be submitted Monday through Thursday by AM ET to arrive next business day. Overnight delivery orders that are placed on Thursday after AM ET through Friday AM ET will arrive on Monday.
If you desired to insure your package, additional insurance fee will be charged to your account.  Please emaik us at info@cozypetal.com for any further questions on Express Shipping out your order.


All shipping fees will be charged to your account at check out. Please note that the shipping rates are subject to change at any time, without notice.

Sorry, we do not ship to a P.O. Box!
We will not be responsible with the delays of the Postal Office Delivery.

Return/ Exchange

It is our desire that you love your Cozy Petal products, but if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, the item(s) must be returned to Cozy Petal within 21 days of the shipping date in its original, unused condition (including attached tags).  This only apply to apparel, footwear, and jewelry items.  We will credit your account once we have received the returned merchandise. 
Item(s) can be exchanged for a different size or color if available.  Please email us at
info@cozypetal.com for any inventory infomation when exchanging size or color of your items.  Customers will be responsible for shipping costs when returning items.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Sales Tax

A sales tax of 7.00% is added to all orders shipped to New Jersey addresses.  Sales tax is not charged on shipments to recipients outside of New Jersey.

We use AuthorizeNet service and Comodo for website identity assurance.  Your order is safe and secured with all transactions on this website to ensure your security when shopping with us.  This is indicated by the Comodo icon in your browser window.  Click on the icon for further details.
