Shipping:
We always do our best to ship your orders out within 24-48 hours once they are received unless we inform you otherwise.
Your order will be shipped out as Standard Domestic via USPS and deliver to you within 2-5 business days after we confirmed that we received your order.
If you need next day service, we offer Domestic Express shipping method and in-stock items will be shipped out for next day delivery. We will inform you if the items are in back orders.
Orders must be submitted Monday through Thursday by 11am ET to arrive the next business day - Overnight delivery orders that are placed on Thursday after 11am ET through Friday 11am ET will arrive on Monday.
All shipping fee will be charged to your account at Check Out by the total amount of your order. Please note that the shipping rates are subject to change at any time without notice.
You will receive an email the day your order has been shipped. Please make sure to include your current email address for us to contact you. Email us if you prefer to sign for the package at delivery time. Otherwise, this option will be waived.
Please email us if you would like to ship to Canada, Europe, or Asia.
We welcome you to enjoy our products oversea. To determine the total shipping cost, please email us first prior placing your orders or for all your special requests. We are currently working on the Shipping Methods outside of USA.

Return/ Exchange:
We want you to love what your ordered, but if for some reason you are not satisfied
with your purchase, the item(s) must be returned to Cozy Petal within 21 days of the shipping date in its original, unused condition (including attached tags). We will credit you back at your account once we received the merchandise back.
Item(s) can also be exchanged to a different size, or color if available. Please email us at Info@cozypetal.com to check our inventory.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Using PayPal allows the transaction to be secure and you are NOT required to have a PayPal account. You can pay using your own Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit, and Discovery without worry.
